Payment Terms:

Payment by online transfer or cash.


1) Payment of 50%  deposit of the estimated fees to reserve the date and space for your pet. (Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation)
2) The remaining 50% balance of estimated fees is to be paid before your pet's arrival.
3) Settlement of any additional fees for any add-ons during your pet's stay upon the pet's pick-up.

5. Animal care in Sabah is governed by Animal Welfare Enactment 2015. PawFect Care adheres to the basic welfare needs of the animal and also reserves its right to make a report to the relevant authorities should there be gross infringement to the animal welfare laws applicable.

6. PawFect Care is not a platform for abandonment of animals by their owners. 

7. PawFect Care is not a platform to take in any strays with for an unspecified period. 

8. For the best outcome, both the sitter and the owner should be mutually respectful and cooperative, and remain in good communication regarding the pet's needs during the pet's stay at PawFect Care.

9. All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable.

10. All bookings are only confirmed upon payment of 50% of the estimated fees at a deposit.

12. Deposits made serves as a commitment on the customer's part in return of the our reservation of the booked dates and preparation of space to accommodate your pet. 

13. PawFect Care reserves its right to reject any booking in the event it finds the space and/or availability of our services is limited/inadequate to accommodate your pet.
